Founded in 2023, Jepol Industrial Rope Access was built on a shared vision: to deliver high-level rope access services with unmatched precision, creativity, and safety.
The idea took root years earlier, when Marcin Jaworowski and James Marksbury first met on a project in 2015. After reconnecting and trading ideas, the two saw an opportunity to do things differently — and better. Today, Jepol takes on some of the most challenging vertical jobs in New York City, combining technical expertise with a strong attention to detail and professionalism.
